Question
My daughter frames right says. 145 (plastic frame) and she has wide face, do you think this should be wide enough? This is thinner frame, maybe?
Lili on May 5 , 2020
Answer
Dear Customer, thank you for contacting Firmoo. The size 145mm is pertaining to the total length of the temple arm. We understand that choosing a perfect frame size online can be tough sometimes, here's what we can do for you: First, kindly check how to measure eyeglasses size and find the perfect size. You can also check the numbers on her glasses that look like 50-18-135. The 1st is the width of one lens; the 2nd is the bridge distance, and the 3rd is the length of the temple piece that goes behind your ear. If your old glasses are too big/small, you can go up/down 1-2 millimeters (example 50 to range of 48-50). Moreover, you can also check/click on the size guide on top of the frame color selection for more details. For any further questions or immediate assistance, you may also call our call center thru toll-free hotline at 1-855-487-6006 opens every day from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. PDT. You can also contact us through our Live Chat Support Team: Start a live chat (Everyday, 4 a.m.-10 p.m. PDT.) or email us at service@firmoo.com. Please stay safe and healthy!heart

Question
Just want these in a 2.5 reader, not prescription lense. How do I go about that?
Sara Cyngot on Jan 27 , 2020
Answer
Dear customer, you can indeed order with us reading glasses. First, you need to select your desired frame then once you have selected a frame you will enter/upload your prescription and PD. On the prescription page, please enter the reading addition or the strength for your reading glasses. If you would like reading glasses with +2.50 magnification, you can either fill in ADD +2.50 only and leave blank OD/OS SPH CYL or you can enter +2.50 in the sphere power for both right and left eyes and leave the rest blank. Please don't forget to enter your PD measurement as it is important in making prescription glasses. For the usage, choose a single vision-near for readers. Then go through the lens selections to pick the options you want on your glasses. If you need further assistance, you may start a live chat (Everyday, 5 a.m.–8 p.m. PST.) or contact us at Toll-Free: 1-855-487-6006 (Everyday, 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. PST.). Hope this is helpful. Thank you. heart

Question
Does these frames come in medium instead of wide?
kayla on Sep 5 , 2019
Answer
Hi Kayla, it's WIDE since the total width is 143. Wide: total width>140. Medium: 135<total width<140. Narrow: total width<135. BTW, for this frame, the bridge distance is 18, lens width is 52, temple length is 145. Pls feel free to start a livechat for any problem.
