Hi Julie, our frame size is fixed and can't be customized. The total width of the frame is 137mm, which is measured from one screw to the other one. Usually 2-3 mm difference is acceptable. Any questions, feel free to contact us.

Dear Customer, Thanks for your inquiry. As for the frame#SJ5365M, this is made of Metal which usually contains nickel but it is the most widely used material to make eyeglass frames. Many people opt for metal frames because they are attractive and for their malleability and resistance to corrosion. If you have nickel allergy, we recommend choosing TR which is referred to as plastic titanium. TR frames are lightweight and resistant to impacts and high temperature.
