Also, for the lens thickness, it is determined by the frame size (including lens height, lens width), lens choice, frame material, and your PD. As checked, this frame S11050X is a little bit bigger and has a size of 51-19-143(Medium) with a lens height of 45mm which the lens will stick out or make the lens thicker. Moreover, I suggest you choose a narrow/short acetate frame with lens height no more than 40mm as it helps to hide the lens thickness a bit.
