What type of metal is used? Simply curious. The description says gold so may I know the purity?

Hello Marvina, thank you for your interest in our product. This frame is a Mixed-Material made up mostly metal and plastic. Our metal can flex slightly better than acetate. It is also resistant to corrosion; however, most metal frames will contain nickel which is not suitable for those allergies to certain metals.
