Hi Jiya, we suggest getting a frame with a 1 or 2 mm difference from your current glasses. If your current glasses are too big/small, you can go up/down 1-2 millimeters (example 50 to a range of 48-50). If the temple arm of your current glasses is a bit long on you, this frame temple length size will work, however, the nose bridge distance has 17 mm measurement only and it might be too small for you.
