Lenses scratch and scuff way to easy mine lasted a week before scratching and I payed for the coating that came scuffed

Hi Chris, we are sorry for what happened. Our CSR has already issued refund for your order. Our lab processed anti-scratch coating on the lenses. Meanwhile, it 's also important to take care of glasses during daily use. Here are some tips:
1. Put your glasses in box with the lenses upwards to avoid scratches when you do not use them. This keeps them from rubbing against the bottom of the case and getting scratches on the lenses.
2. When cleaning your glasses, we recommend using a dry or wet cleaning cloth. Please lightly wipe lenses first to remove any debris that might be on the lenses using careful and gentle movements. Improper force will damage the coating of the lens. Do Not use anything with alcohol to clean eyeglasses as it can damage the lenses.
