On the prescription page, please enter the reading addition or the strength for your reading glasses. If you would like reading glasses with +2.50 magnification, you can either fill in ADD +2.50 only and leave blank OD/OS SPH CYL or you can enter +2.50 in the sphere power for both right and left eyes and leave the rest blank. Please don't forget to enter your PD measurement as it is important in making prescription glasses. For the usage, choose a single vision-near for readers. Then go through the lens selections to pick the options you want on your glasses.
