• I am incredibly disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated to say that the glasses I received do not match the glasses I ordered. First, the frame width of both pair is 54 mm, whereas the Firmoo web site states they are 53 mm. Second, the bridge width on both pair is 19 mm, whereas the web site states that they are 20 mm. Third, the lens height is stated at the web site to be 33 mm, and the lenses are actually of greater height to the point that they touch my cheeks (which is highly disturbing, and something I have never had to endure before in 50 years of wearing glasses!). Fourth, I ordered (and paid extra) for the 1.6 High Index lenses-- which is the same as my prior lenses, so I know how thick they should be-- but these lenses are comically thick compared to my prior lenses (like junior Coke bottles!). The combination of the larger frame and the thicker lenses make both pair of glasses much heavier than I am used to, and also mean that both pair are prone to slip down my nose, which is anathema (and, again, something I have never had to put up with in 50 years of wearing well-fitted glasses). The heavier weight also means that when my face is slick with sweat at the gym or while jogging, the glasses will constantly move out of position, to the point of threatening to fall off (which could lead to the frames or lenses being damaged!). And all of the foregoing is before I reference the actual vision quality of the lenses, which-- in order to maximize every chance of perfecting-- I actually paid CAD$13 extra for each pair, due to the supposed 53 mm lens width being too wide for my progressive lens prescription (or so the Firmoo computer told me). Sadly-- or maybe predictably if you’ve read this far-- my new Firmoo F19811s glasses are actually worse for reading small print (whether on paper, on the iPhone screen, or on the computer screen, which covers essentially 100% of everything I read each day) than my prior glasses. And my old glasses give me better small-print-reading-capability using a prescription that is many years old at this point. UNBELIEVABLE!! One thought is that with the actual frames being delivered to me having a 54 mm lens width-- instead of the 53 mm width the computer told me when I ordered them (and which is still stated on the Firmoo web site today)-- the CAD$13 extra I paid for each pair of lenses to better fit my progressive prescription to the frames WAS QUITE POSSIBLY PAYING TO PRODUCE THE WRONG LENSES. What I am theorizing is maybe the computer sent the order in to the lab to use my CAD$13 to adjust each set of lenses for a 53 mm lens width, but since the actual lens width I was delivered was 54 mm, the CAD$13 adjustment was done incorrectly-- meaning for a 1 mm smaller lens width. Of course, this is just a theory, but the fact remains that my prescription has markedly worsened since my prior pair of glasses-- which leads me to expect a significant improvement in vision with my Firmoo glasses using my new prescription-- however, my new glasses are delivering no such marked improvement in vision quality at all. In fact, as stated, my vision for reading small print is actually worse with my new Firmoo glasses, and my distance vision is not appreciably better. Is there any good news? Well, the Super Hydrophobic coating seems to work as advertised when I run water over the lenses to clean them-- BUT THIS SMALL BENEFIT DOES NOTHING TO OFFSET THE MANY PROBLEMS NOTED ABOVE. Overall, an incredibly disappointing and maddening experience, especially after all the hours I put in at the web site and on the phone to try to get the order exactly right. FRUSTRATION!!

Disappointed with these - the bridge of the nose on the frames are so wide the nose pads balance across my face. The arms are so long, they protrude way past my head... First rule of online glasses shopping... Don't bother. Wasted £30 on glasses I can't wear. Should've gone to my local opticians so they can make sure the frames fit my face.
