Product: I was excited to receive what I ordered from Firmoo since it will be shipped overseas at no cost. It was packed in a silver pouch and the eyewear itself was inside a green case. Honestly, I was expecting more with the packaging of the glasses. The box/case was made of plastic and I’m not fond of its green color. The eyewear comes with an army green pouch which also functions as the cleaning cloth. There were also discount codes and small guide provided but what I really loved the most is the “non-slip silicone glasses temple cover”.
Service: Since it was my first time looking for an eyewear from Firmoo Optical, I was a bit lost in their website. But I’m glad that the CS Support who contacted me was very accommodating. Firmoo’s customer service is excellent. There’s also a Support Agent in the website which responds immediately with my concerns.
Shipping: I ordered on Aug 10, 2021 and received it on August 23, 2021. It took almost two weeks to be delivered but I completely understand given the fact that there’s COVID and it came all the way from China to Philippines. The tracking information of my order was also updated consistently on their website which makes it easy to track the package’s status.
Try on experience: 4/5. The glasses is really lightweight considering the materials used, I think it’s some type of plastic. It’s a bit small for my face. For the frame, I ordered a Grey, Silver tone but I think its more of a black color. I’d love to try other glasses from you and discover what really suits my face shape. Thank you Firmoo!

Dear Rowena, thanks for your comments. Please note that we updated our cases from the original transparent matte to the new non-transparent and solid color cases from mid-May. The non-transparent and solid color cases are also a temporary solution and we are designing new cases. We will keep you updated. Moreover, there might be a slight chromatism between the pictures and the real object, due to different computer monitors, light intensity and other variables. By the way, as a general rule of thumb, the frames you choose should be the opposite of your face shape to offset your prominent features and create balance. We understand that choosing a perfect frame style online can be tough sometimes but can be easy as well. Follow the instructions and steps to get your fit pair. Please check face shape and frame style. You can also use the virtual try-on feature for style references and check how to measure frame size. Please don't worry, we offer 30-Day Exchange & Return: Unsatisfactory glasses can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receiving. Only shipping fees will apply. However, during this challenging time, we have extended the returns period from 30 days to 60 days (from the date of receipt) for the time being. Please feel free to contact us if you need it.
