My first prescription that I sent was not correct and I needed to go back to the doctor's office to get an adjustment. I was worried because I already sent the wrong prescription to firmoo. I wrote the customer service department and told them I have another corrected prescription for these glasses. NO PROBLEM. I just sent them back and they fixed them. The only thing is, it's more to mail anything back to them and receive them. So be sure very sure of your prescription before sending it in. I LOVE these glasses and to tell you the truth I see better out of them than the ones I got locally at the mall. I will be doing more business with them and spreading the word. I've already told my family and they are excited to get more glasses too. Wish they had contacts too :)
