• Are transition glasses only for girls?

  Yeah.Anyone can get transition glasses.When you wear them outside, they just like sunglasses and turn dark.So both girls and boys can wear transition glasses. My brother wear transition glasses,too. They really look well.

• What my vision can be in the hours right after my lasik surgery?

  No one can tell and ensure you the vision after the lasik surgery. The higher your prescription, the lower the chance of a perfect outcome. Lasik can make you more independent from your eyeglasses and contact. A perfect vision is the optimal outcome of LASIK, whether or not you can be is depend on your individual conditions, your eyes status and vision. Every indivudual is unique so the outcome varies.

• Do my new transition Glasses work well and worth the money?

  Although the transition glasses are more expensive than regular glasses,I think they worth the money.They can protect your eyes.

• Is $158 too much for a pair of transition glasses?

  Yeah.Transition glasses are usually more expensive than normal ones.So it is reasonable to get transition glasses for that price.Transition glasses can change its color just like sunglasses.So you don't have to buy sunglasses and wear transition glasses instead.That is, transition glasses can save your money for sunglasses.Therefore the transition glasses worth the money.

• How do i know if my Transition glasses are transition and how do I test?

  Well I'm on an eyeglasses site, and I typed in transitional and I don't know whether they are or not. And I won't know unless I order them and find out when they get here.

• Are polarized lenses with tints on them?

  Polarized lenses are different from the tinted lenses. However, the polarized lenses may look like there is a tint on the lenses.In fact, polarized lensed use a filter to block glare while tinted lenses cannot offer this.They are different.

• Any opinions on transition glasses and so they work well as claimed?

  Transition lens will turn dark once the UV rays hit them. However they won't get completely gark when you are in a car because the windshields have block most of UV rays and only a little get into your car. If you want to get a really dark sunglasses, I wouldn't recommend transitions glasses. If you don't use them for driving, it's a good option to get.

• Can eyeglasses be tinted after being purchased & where to get?

  It depends on whether the lens has been put on some coatings.Some coatings like anti-reflective coating don't allow to tint the lens once the coating has been already put on the lens.Otherwise the lens will be damaged. However some other coatings or clear glasses allow the lens to be tinted but it is too hard to treat them like this and it is usually cost much more.You can go to the place where you have bought your glasses and they will know how to do this for you.
