• Why do I always see black dots and white lines in my vision?

  I think it is called"floater" and common in most people.There is no need to worry about it as they are harmless to your eyes.Just as your doctor said,your eyes are fine.But they are quite annoying.

• Is it possible for me to get contacts if I have different eyesight?

  Yes, it is possible for you. You can ask your doctor for seperate prescription on each eyes. To be specifically, one contact lens for nearsightedness, one for non-prescription lens.

• Can computer screens do harm to your eyes?

  Some people think computer can emit radiation which will do harm to our eyes. If we stare at computer screen too long, our eyes will be damaged.However, I am not sure whether the computer can truly emit radiation.But I still think staring at a computer screen for a long time will get eye strain.So we should have a break and relax our eyes properly while using computer.

• Which type of glasses won't make me look like a nerd?

  Maybe you should try some fashionable styles and colors, big sized & black rimmed frames are my recommendation, they are popular among stars. You can search online, then you will find online stores have more selections of frames.

• What causes headaches and blurry vision if one have perfect vision?

  If the headache and blurry vision last for several days,you'd better go to see your doctor.It can be caused by other disease.

• Can I reduce myopia by doing eye exercises?

  Probably not, some American officials stated out that there is no evidence that do-it-yourself eye exercises has any effect on reducing myopia. But eye exercises can reduce the eye strain which will make you less tired in your eyes.You'd better keep wearing your eyeglasses which you use for myopia, and take off the glasses to have a rest after long time near vison works.

• What is the vision of my eyes if i can only see the big top letter E on the chart?

  Your vision is not that bad but you need glasses to correct your vision.It is hard to say what your vision is cuz the chart can be different.

• Are there any alternative treatments for myopia except for eye surgery?

  You can probably choose other methods to cure your myopia, vision training or eye exercises, discontinuing close work, reducing eye strain by taking a rest break during periods of prolonged near vision works; and wearing bifocals to decrease the need to accommodate when doing close-up work.Lasik surgery is one of the way to treat myopia which can make you less independent on eyeglasses and contact lenses.
