Wow!!! Worst service ever! The receptionist needs to check her attitude at the door. The other employees are clueless! Dr Wong is nice and has many years experience but his employees have made me decide this is the first and last time my kids go there. Employee calls tells ms my girls glasses are in, I ask about my boys, puts me on hold 10 mins, comes back, yes they're here. Great we'll stop by tomorrow. Husband goes in, only has my girls glasses, states no one called us. Doesn't know if my sons order was even placed! Are you sure you didn't order contacts!? No, they're glasses for a 7 year old. 45 minutes later she's still clueless! Dr Wong will be getting a complaint call from ms tomorrow!...
