• How can I tell if I have high eye pressure?

  There is no such sigh indicating high eye pressure. The doctor would detect it by special device and tell if you have high eye pressure.

• What should I do if the sand and dust get into my eyes?

  It happens to me a lot because I never wear glasses. The sands would come into my eyes easily especially in windy days. I think it is better to wear sunglasses when outside. If there is sand or dust in your eyes, don't rub your eyes cuz you may scratch the cornea. Close and open them for several times and they will come out.

• How does eye palming improve your vision?

  Most of the poor vision is caused by excessive eye fatigue. Palming is a technique that is used to relax the eyes. Doing eye palming correctly can enough rest in a short time and your vision can be improved in flashes. If you insist on doing it, these improvements can last longer and become greater over time.

• Can play table tennis prevent myopia?

  In fact all ball games are effective in preventing myopia for children. The reason is obvious, you have to move your eyes frequently in the process and change to focus from near to far. Thus the focus ability is enhanced in this way.

• Should I worry about my wavy blood vessel?

  As long as you have your eyes checked regularly, there is no need to worry about it. If there is something wrong with your eyes, the doctor will take measures to treat it. So don't worry.

• Why does my vision get worse without glasses?

  It is quite normal. I can hardly see when I take off my glasses. Even you have slight prescription, as long as you get used to wearing glasses, your eyes become more dependent on them.
