  • I used super glue and it works fine. I put to much on and it dried on the plastic lens and i just use acetone ( not nail polish remover ) and a cue tip to remove the super glue. That was about 6 months ago and still no problems. Hope this helps.

  • Some eye doctor can do that for you if they are opticians at the same time. Eye doctors can have your eyesight checked and give you a piece of prescription while the optician can decide whether your frame can store the prescription lenses or not. I will not use the sunglasses frame to store my prescription lenses because sunglasses frame has big lenses and I have strong myopia, the ridges of the prescription lenses will be very thick. Besides, it is hard to fit the frame properly. Usually the lenses will deform to some degree.

  • Yes, gluten can be harm to your eyes. According to some researches, gluten can lead to the dark circles under your eyes, because of the Gluten intolerance, which can be related to the immune system. To get rid of the dark circles, you can use some cucumber slices. As we know that cucumber slices have long been used to reduce puffiness and refresh the appearance of skin around the eyes, providing a fast "pick-me-up" for tired and puffy eyes. But on the other hand, they can also be good for the dark circles. So just put a slice over each eye, extending over the darkened area. Remember that you should do this everyday, coupled with lying down for 10-15 minutes. Besides, you should keep relaxing. As we know that relaxing might help remove sources of stress and anxiety that are preventing you from sleeping, eating and resting properly. So that it can relieve the dark circles.

  • Pink eye, or Conjunctivitis, is a common eye ailment that has affected many of us. It is caused by an infection or inflammation of the conjunctiva. Pink eye can be caused by common colds, sore throats, and respiratory infections, dust, pollen, airborne chemicals, perfumes, and detergents. Pink eye is a common eye disease which is easy to be healed. Well, drink goldenseal tea can help your pink eye. The herb goldenseal is a member of the buttercup family and the dehydrated roots and stem are often used to make extracts, ointment, pills and teas. Topically, goldenseal treats rashes, inflammation, acne and certain fungal conditions such as ringworm.

  • What ? you can't be serious. Are you sure you have shared mascara with someone who has got stye in the eye? Well,as a matter of fact, by doing this, you are very likely to suffer stye because stye is an infectious disease, which is quite serious. The point is that the bacteria will be on the mascara, and it would be transmitted to your eyes. So, what I recommend is trying to get some immediate exam and take some effective measures before it goes worse.

  • In my own opinion, you'd better not do this at the same time by wearing the contact lenses and the reading glasses which will be bad for your eyes. If you don't use the contact lenses as the vision help, you'd better not wear it because it may make your eyes become dry. And your eyes may get high possibility of infection.

  • Well, yes, anxiety can lead to photophobia. Generally speaking, people with depression, pain, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis will easily have photophobia. So when you have anxiety, it will lead to high blood pressure. And then the photophobia will occur. So just control your emotion. Also, photophobia is eye discomfort in bright light. And if you get it, it can be dangerous and annoying. By the way, severe photophobia may occur with eye problems and can cause severe eye pain even in relatively low light. T burns to the eyes or corneal abrasion and even some medicines can lead to photophobia. Anyway, just be careful about it.

  • If you have slight prescription (lower than -2.00) and don't glasses for reading, it's better that you don't wear your glasses whilst reading or working up close for LONG periods. If you wear your distance glasses for reading, you will need to use your eye's accommodative power more than your eyes. Some people think this can lead to increased nearsightedness.

  • Regular eye exams are critical for detecting glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, cataracts and diabetic retinopathy. Before your eye exam, the eye doctor or an offices staff member will take your medical and vision history. You%u2019ll likely have the eye tests such as eye muscle movement test, cover test, external exam and papillary reactions, visual acuity test, radioscopy and refraction testing.

  • Well, if you do not have any basic eye problems, this condition is okay. After massage, your blood vessels and cells may be tired like doing some exercise. And some unwell will accompany. However, seconds later you will be okay because your cells and blood vessels begin to work normally and smoothly. Blurry vision always caused by glaucoma, cataracts, allergies and some side effects of heart medicines.A corneal ucler causes pain, discomfort, and, in some cases, blurry vision. So a short blurry vision is okay because it is usually due to fatigue and stress. While, a long time blurry vision must take some measures to control it and see a doctor to determine the treatment option. Good luck!
