Everything is possible. I own acetate frames worked by hand and they have the same nose pads as on metal frames. It's an industrial piece inserted in a kind of slot, then under the bridge there's a screw. This feature exists only on high-class acetate frames (even tom ford acetate frames don't have it) and I'm pretty sure it's possible to add it. At least, it is physically possible, but I don't know which lab or craftsman could do it and I don't know for how much but it seems to be a pretty simple operation.
In your case, it is better not to wear eye contacts. Because you are going to have a race, the process of the race can be very fierce, then your eye contacts will easily fall out or move their positions. Besides, there will be wind and strong air flow towards you when you are running, which may cause discomfort in your eyes and that will affect your good performance in the race. If you are not so highly nearsighted that you could not see well in the race, you can run without wearing eye contacts. But if you have to wear them, you should take care solution and container with you in case there is any need.

As you your question, I have to tell you, pulling on eyes, generally speaking will not cause wrinkles. Why? This is because wrinkles are basically generated from aging, and people will gradually develop wrinkles when they begin to show sign of aging. So, it seems that you at that old right?? So, there is no point in worry too much about it. But, I should warn you that pulling on the eyes is not good , which may give rise to your appearance. Anyway, nobody wants to give it a try.
I am sorry to hear that. We will occasionally get some foreign stuff into our eyes. When a bit of hot pepper enters your eyes, you will inevitably feel irritated and keep watering and burning. Washing it out with vinegar or milk is a common sense when you some irritated things in your eyes. I also recommend to rinse with saline solution or vegetable oil. Besides, it is wise to chill your eye by holding some cool agents or run cold water over it, as they can dilate the veins and increase the blood flow, and then help to produce more tears in order to take away the pepper. By the way, the pepper is not a wate-soluable substance, you can not flush with the water. However, once all your endeavors do not work, you can take Visine into consideration, I mean, see your doctor and get some medicine.
It seem very annoying to get a tiny eyelash stuck in the corner of your eyes. OK, do not feel so bad any longer because here I want to share some tips of getting it out of your eyes. 1. Let somebody to blow into your eyes to make the eyelash "fly" out of the eye. 2.Just keep winking your eyes hard in which way the eyelash may get out of the eye automatically. 3.Pinch the skin of your eyelid and flap it with your finger slightly and maybe the eyelash will pop out suddenly. 4.You can also wash your eyes with clear and warm running water, splashing some drops into the eye every time and keep doing this for dozens of times. And you will surprisingly find that the eyelash will no longer be in the corner of the eye any more.
I just got some prescription eyeglasses made from Costco. My prescription is REALLY high and most places were saying that lenses alone would cost me over $300. Costco charged me $150 for lenses with UV protection, anti-glare, anti-scratch, polycarbonate ect. index 1.67 (all the stuff that goes with lenses - not too sure on the exact wording). BUT, you also need to get a frame from them. Their frames range from around $40 to upwards of $300. My total came to just under $300 and I got some frames from Armani. I think that's an excellent deal considering my lenses were costing me $300-$400 where ever else I asked. If you're in the market for some eyeglasses, I would check out your local Costco. I got my glasses in 7 days. They came in a nice fancy case as well
When starting out in swimming there is nothing more frustrating than trying to find the swim goggle that is just right for you. Each swimmer has a different list of requirements for their ideal pair. Gererally, Speedo Vanquisher is more popular.
If you really a person of a nerd look, I suggest you not to wear big black frame glasses. You can try to wear some fancy pattern glasses with light colored decorations. You know dark color will bring a rigid and inflexible impression to the people around you. Some little fancy pattern will give you some romantic looking to others. If you wear braces, you glasses may be have some fashion factor, that will be more suitable and good matching. Some fashionistas always change his style of clothes and glasses to follow the fashion trend, why not to have a try?
