  • Yes, after the eyelid surgery, your eyes may feel a little dry. However, it is temporary which can be well after some time. By removing the excess fat in the eye skin and muscle, the eyelid surgery can correct and remove sag on eyelid and bloated eye bags. It may need 1-3 hours time in the hospital to get the surgery. There may be some side effects after the surgery which may be temporary. You may have the short discomfort eyelid, have tight feeling, swelling, bruise, drying, burning sensation and so on. If you don't want the eyes to be dry, you could eat more food with vitamin C which could add the water to the eye parts to get it moisturized. You should not smoke or drink which will cause the dehydration. Even the spicy food may stimulate your skin.

  • Polarized sunglasses are suitable for motorcycle drivers. Only if the polarizations are perpendicular to each other can your vision be blocked. Put on the sunglasses with the helmet every time before start driving. Safety should always be your first concern.

  • Blepharoplasty could be both functional and cosmetic surgery, by removing extra skin and tissue of eyelids to restore full vision or get a pair of bigger eyes. The incisions might be internal or external. The first two days, it might be very painful and uncomfortable. The eyelids would be so swelling that your vision might be impacted. Because the glands are located in eyelids, so eye dryness is a very common side effects after the surgery, which apparently impacts tear film production. You need apply some ointment on eyelids, which can moisturize the incision, and also lubricate eyes. As to compress, cold compress and warm compress have different functions. Besides of knowing its effects and mechanics, you also need to know the proper timing for different compress. Both the two methods can provide temporary relief from pain. But the cold compress strains muscle and skin, while warm compress increases blood flow and reduce stiffness. Because after this surgery, your eyelids are swelling and stiff, so I suggest you to apply warm compress which could minimize the stiffness and pain. In such situation, ice compress might cause your skin and muscles tighten, which is somewhat miserable now. Although warm compress could help, it is better not to use it for over 20 minutes.

  • As you don't know what kind of antibiotics over the counter can treat your pink eye effectively, you'd better go to see your doctor to get a prescription for an antibiotic which can get rid of your pink eye effectively. Only the doctor can diagnose your problems and take proper measurement to deal with your pink eye. And the doctor will give you some suggestions on what you should pay attention to so that the pink eye can disappear quickly.

  • Personally, the flat nose won't affect your choices of sunglasses too much. If you really care about it. I suggest you choose oversized sunglasses which can make a big contrast in the part of your nose, so as to make your nose look smaller. Besides, you can also consider aviator style sunglasses. The design of the two bar of bridges on the nose may also compliment your nose. Nevertheless, you shall also consider your face shape and clothes style when you choose sunglasses. Just have a try. Good luck.

  • It depends on your hobby, there are many inexpensive glasses online store, you totally can buy both of them. i wear contacts and glasses. When I was young I looked like a dork with glasses (I know how you feel), then I switched to contacts and became rather good looking. But now that I am older, I think glasses are cool. They make me look smarter and older. I wear contacts throughout the day and in public. I wear glasses when I need to, like when I take my contacts out, or if I feel like taking a break from contacts so will wear my glasses around the house.

  • It is possible to have prescription glasses tinted just like sunglasses. You can take your prescription glasses to your optical store where you bought them and ask them to tint your glasses. You just choose the color that you want and then they will tint your glasses according to your needs.

  • If you already have the glasses frame that you like at hand, you can take them to a nearby optical shop to ask whether they can replace the lenses for you. I know that some big eyeglasses stores will do that for customers while some small optical shops will not do that. And before doing this, you may need to have your eyesight checked and get a prescription if you don't have the prescription before. Remember that have your eyesight checked in the morning because our eyes are less tired at that moment so the result will be more accurate. Hope this helped!

  • Thanks for your interest in Firmoo. However, we are sorry to say that we don%u2019t have any optician in Spain.

  • Dry eyes is the common cause of veiny eye. Have you read for a long time? Or watched the TV or computer a lot? You need to relax your eyes occasionally. Too much strain can harm your eyes. To reduce the veiny eye, enough rest is important, and eye drops can also be cuseful. If your eyes are not just veiny, but also suffer other problems, you’d better go see a doctor.
