OMG, from your description I know your problem with your eyes is quite serious. But I still haven't got a rough idea of what it is for lack of detailed info. However, according to lots of cases around me, the red dot might just be a extravasated blood, which might be resulted from traumas. And other reasons are also possible, anyway, it would be wise for you to apply warm compress to your eyes regularly, and take medical actions against the problem.
High index lens glasses are especially suitable for those who have a strong eyeglass prescription for myopia, hyperopia or stigmatism. The stronger the prescription, the thicker the edges. High index lens glasses have an advantage over their thinner, lighter lenses. Besides, they are very comfortable and lightweight, making wearers feel comfortable. There is a wide variety of thin, light high-index lens glassless whose designs and features are nearly as many as other kind of glasses'. As for the material or added advantages, it is widely recommended that an anti-reflective lens coating should apply to high-index lenses because some experts said that eyeglass lenses with anti-reflective coatings provide sharper night vision, especially good for night drivers.
I think you may need to buy a pair of computer glasses. computer glasses can block computer reflections and glare. This will reduce eye strain. Maybe your burn eyes are caused by reading for a long time or stronger degrees in the lenses. Are they a pair of new prescription glasses? I suggest you to consult your eye doctor first. And I suggest you to take an eye exam in the morning than that in the afternoon because the result will be more accurate. If it was caused by long time of reading, you can have a rest and apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyes. This will make you feel better. Hope this helped!
Kids tend to lose or break their glasses more than others, so I think it is very considerable if the glasses are free to repair or they have guarantee or something. Target is a good choice for you I think. They offer some special services for kid's eyewear as you can see on their website:https://www.targetoptical.com/to/kids-frames.jsp $25 children's eyeglass lenses 90-day guarantee Eye exam guidelines: Not sure how often you should get your child's eyes checked? Schedule exams based on the recommendations below. Or you can go to this address :https://www.cheapglasses123.com/kids-glasses They have different kinds of glasses and frames for kids so that you will have a lot of choices. And most of their children's frames are made of tatanium or bendable material which makes children's glasses extra strong.
I have this kind of experience as well. I got that kind of dizziness a few times after sitting at the computer at work and also felt like I needed to hold onto the wall to get down the hall. I had been on the computer for about 5 hours without taking my eyes off of it (and had been doing this for a few days straight). This kind of dizziness was not a symptom of "anxiety", either. The dizziness struck so quick and violently, I thought my chair had tipped over. I literally thought I was falling off the chair for a few seconds when it hit. Had to put my head on the desk and felt like I needed to hold on to the desk. It was scary! Lasted probably 5 minutes. I was eventually OK, but it was an awful feeling. I've heard that flourescent lights can sometimes cause dizziness, and I've also heard the flourscent lights (might be the older kind) have been associated with some seizures. My opthalmologist said the theory on computers causing eye problems is bogus (but I don't know if I believe him :)
A hyphema may happen initially after a trauma to the eye. If a person gets a hyphema, he or she may suffer from some more severe bleeding in the following three to five days. The hyphema is usually blunt or closed trauma, which can be the result of an athletic injury from a flying object such as a stick, a ball, or the incidental hitting from the elbow of another player. Once a person gets hyphema, he or she should in time go to the ophthalmologist or an emergency department for treatment. After coming back home, the patient should rest in bed with the head of the bed elevated as much as the patient can tolerate. The patient should not engage in any strenuous activity in case of getting more harm to the eyes. In addition, the patient should not take any medicines containing aspirin which will promote bleeding. The medicine that is banned also includes nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, such as naproxen (Aleve), ibuprofen (Motrin), or many other arthritis medications. Besides, the patient can place drops in the eyes three to four times a day or exactly as prescribed by your doctor such as eye drops of 1% atropine as well as steroid drops that is intended to fight inflammation and pain. Covering the eye with a shield can also protect the eyes from further injury. Sometimes there can be an occasional increase in pressure caused by the red blood cells obstructing the meshwork of the eye, making the normal flow of liquid through the eye interrupted increasing the pressure in the eyes. If the pressure of the eyes does increase, certain medicine, such as a beta-blocker, may be delivered through eye drops into the eye to help keep the eye pressure back into a normal level.
Pink eye caused by a virus cannot be cured by antibiotics. Usually this kind of pink eye will run its course in one to three weeks. Viral conjunctivitis is highly contagious. You can apply artificial tears to help relieve your symptoms of viral pink eye. But you need to see your doctor too. Sometimes we need to treat this kind of pink eye with prescription antiviral eye drops, ointment, or pills.
I know the ways to tell whether the polarized sunglasses are real. You may put two types of polarized sunglasses and put them in the up and down parallel position. If you see the things clearly through the two lenses, they are real. Then you put one sunglass in the vertical position for the other one. If you see nothing, they are real. The way is so easy. As we know, the polarized sunglasses can prevent your eyes from the strong sun lights which may damage your eyes. You could use the polarized sunglasses in driving or fishing which could do the special function for you.
Eye color is decided by gene, that is, when you were born, your eye color has already come into being. But with time flies eye color will change gradually with living environment and habits and customs, such as eating habits, smoking and liver diseases. Also, aging is also one factor that leads to eye color changing. Eye color will become lighter and lighter when we are in 50s-60s.
You'd better not use the windex to clean sunglasses lenses. If the windex contains the acidity, it may damage the coating around the lenses. The principle is just like that acid rain to the sun umbrella. If you want to clean sunglasses lenses, the most safe and easy way is to use the clean water to wash it.
