Take it easy, buddy. The first time I try to put contact lenses in my eyes, I failed several times and got irritated. But the optometrist told me that it was only because I was too nervous. I told myself nothing to be nervous, take it easy. You can do it. Just do it. I took up my courage and tried again. Guess what, I succeeded. Though I was still awkward then, but I made it! All you have to do is to follow the steps and take it easy. Tell yourself, it's OK, you won' t hurt yourself. You can do it! The steps of wearing contact lenses. 1 Clean your hands. Check if there are some dusk remain on your hands. Better use airdryer to dry your hands . 2 Scoop out the lens with your index finger 3 Now that the lens is on your right index finger(or left index finger, use whichever you feel comfortable), check if it is eight side out. If it looks like a bowl, then it's the right side out. But if its rim is flat like a late, then it is inside out. 4 When you get the right side out, take your index finger with lens to your right eye. Meanwhile, you should use your two middle fingers to pull your eye lids. The left finger pulls up your upper eyelid, and the right middle finger pulls down your lower lid. 5 Put the contact lens on right position which is in the middle of your eyes. Adjust its position with blinking. Repeat the 1~5 steps on your left eye.
Eyes are one of the most weak and important place for individuals, so essential protections must be taken. As far as I concerned, it is dangerous to use the same eyeliner. Most people have some basic eye problems even they are unaware of it, such as sensitive to light and hot wind, be afraid of light, eyes are easy to increase tears and feel uncomfortable for something foreign matters. All these may symptoms for some eye diseases, for instance, eye irritation, photophobia. And if your friend who wanna share eyeliner with you suffer conjunctivitis(pink eyes) and red eyes, you'd better refuse her/him with a proper excuse. That's because these types of eye problems are most possible to be infected by Vitus and germs, especially there exists wounds in your eyes. However, it also may be safe. Not all people can get infection when share eyeliner. Just be careful and you should take responsible for your health.
Sunglasses are essential accessories while yachting or sailing. It can protect eyes from irritation of lights and get safe as we enjoy the happiness of the sea. However, there are some special requirements for sunglasses while yachting. It should be with polarized lenses. Because in the sea, the sunlight glare is stronger. Polarized lens can reduce the glare. Stability and fitness are necessary for water sports. Hair might be wind and salty water might flow into eyes, there are many disturbing thing while you enjoying. You had better to choose a sunglasses with adjustable terminals and nosepiece for your face figure and nose bridge. Above all, buy a professional one, like Rudy, Oakley. Most professional sunglasses manufacturer have sports sunglasses.
You should refresh water in the case to keep them clean and from drying up. I keep my lenses in the cases for weeks too and then use them when i need them. Usually you can store your contact lens in the case for up to 30 days, but the case must be changed every 3 months.
The reasons of red eyes will be the two, one has been caused by excessive eyes using, and the other is the eyes infection or inflammation. If your work will ask you use computer in a long time and the eyes fatigue is the reason of the red eyes, you need to eat some supplement or fruits which full of Vitamin A & B, and carotene. They are the necessary nutrients which would protect your eyes everyday. Carrot, Chrysanthemum tea, sesame, bean, milk and wheat germ are all the great choice for you. Under that circumstance, the chamomile tea will also help for your symptom. For the second season, the chamomile tea has also contains some anti-infection, and anti-virus factors contained in it, so I guess it is good for your eyes. However, the best way to treat your eyes is going to hospital to find the details of your symptom, the doctor will give you the best treatment process.
Go to your doctor. They will tell you how much you will spend according to your vision problems. If you have an astigmatism, then they will cost you more.If you just wear regular contact lenses, then they will be much cheap.
Eye photophobia is an intolerance of light. When you are exposed in strong light or sunshine, you eyes can not adapt to the light. So you get squinting or have other things cover them to reduce this kind of uncomfortable feeling. But some other people also feel uncomfortable when they are in normal light. We say these are the eye photophobia symptoms. If you really have these symptoms, you should see a doctor and have a check.
In fact, ortho-k lenses can be used for one year. If they are out of date, the shape will change. Then they can't correct your vision effectively. So you need to replace your ortho-k lenses every year.
Asian people mostly are with yellow skin, therefore not to choose colours which are too dark, wine-red or some other bright colours since dark green also may make asain people look fresh and brighter skin. Also you need to pay attention to the nose shape, because most of the asain people do not have a very straight strong nose, so asain people should select the sunglasses which not too cover the nose shape too much. Think about Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses.
