I would not recommend anyone to go to The EyeSite to have glasses filled. I dropped off a prescription Oct 2015 and it now Feb 2016 and the glasses are not ready. It usually takes them 4-6 weeks to fill a prescription, but 4 months!!!!! They don't deserve any stars but you have to rate atleast one in order to post comments. I hope they get some competition soon it would be Greatly Appreciated and Welcomed!!!!! Any Optomotrist wanting to get rich? Open up an office in the Hechinger Mall area you are guaranteed to make millions....

  • You can have a check of all your sunglasses. If some of them are old and have severe scratches, you can throw them away. I often throw old things away to make place for new ones. I think 3 pair of sunglasses will be enough for a summer. I think you can find a place to store 3 pair of sunglasses.

  • The clear contact lenses are more suitable for your situation. There are two main categories of contact lenses that are corrective contact lenses and non-corrective contact lenses. In general, the clear contact lenses are prescritpion contact lenses, and color contact lenses are cosmetic contact lenses. That is to say, clear contact lenses can deal with some eye problems, such as nearsightedness, farsightedness. In your case, you need glasses to help you improve your vision to see objects clear. However, color contact lenses have no function of correcting eye vision thus they are useless for you.

  • Lazy eye should be treated at an early age. Otherwise it can't be corrected in adult because your brain has adapted your lazy eye and it is impossible to make the brain to again "listen" to the deviated eye while both eyes are open.

  • Although PRK does have a few side effects, it is a mostly successful surgery that can correct visual problems. Unlike the newer laser surgery known as LASIK, people who undergo PRK take longer to reach the desired visual acuity. It might take three months after surgery until vision is entirely corrected. Most patients experience slight eye discomfort and tearing for a few days after the surgery. Other side effects, which can last up to six months after surgery, include seeing glare and halos around images.

  • The bacteria such as chlamydia, staphylococci, and streptococci gonococci may lead to severe conjunctivitis. Conjunctivitis may cause severe vision problems by damaging the cornea. Gonococci are the kind of bacteria that may lead to blindness. And both viral conjunctivitis and bacterial conjunctivitis can spread from person to person. So people should avoid touching the washcloths, hands, towels, false eyelashes, cosmetics or contact lenses of the infected person. Your health care provider may prescribe antibiotic eye drops to relieve your bacterial conjunctivitis. If you are a current contact user, you may need to stop using contacts until the symptoms totally go away.

  • Of course not all chanel sunglasses are made in Italy. The brand of chanel is from the Paris, France. However, they have several producing places, such as Italy, China and so on because of the comprehensive consideration of cost in human beings and others. Compared with ray ban sunglasses, the Chanel sunglasses are a little more expensive. But they deserve the price because of the good quality and big brand.

  • Well, yes, it can be very terrible to have bleeding eyes. Generally speaking, eye bleeding can result in a red tinge, or even a pool of blood, inside the front portion of the eye. And what is more, according to some experts, subconjunctival hemorrhage can be used when there is breakage of a small blood vessel beneath the lining tissue of the eye, with an area of bleeding visible on the white of the eye. And that can be very dangerous situation. For the causes, it is usually caused by an injury to the eye. Also, some other serious causes include cancer, malformations of blood vessels in the eye, and severe irritation and inflammation of the iris. And that can just lead to serious eye problems.
