Anti-radiation coating blocks harmful radiation&nbsp;from various&nbsp;sources.&nbsp;Please note the lens with anti-reflective coating does not mean there is no reflection on the surface of the lens.&nbsp;Its main purpose is to reduce the reflection the wearer will see.<br /> <br /> <strong>c.&nbsp;Tint</strong><br /> Tint is a permanent color&nbsp;added to your lenses, making your glasses twin to become a pair of prescription sunglasses.<br /> <br /> <strong>d.&nbsp;Mirror</strong><br /> Mirror coating&nbsp;is&nbsp;lens&nbsp;with a reflective&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_coating">optical coating</a>&nbsp;(called a mirror coating or flash coating) on the outside of the lenses to make them appear like small mirrors. The lenses typically give the wearer&#39;s vision a brown&nbsp;or grey&nbsp;tint. The mirror coating decreases the amount of light passing through the tinted lens by a further 10-60%, making it especially useful for conditions of sand, water, snow, and higher altitudes. These coatings also reduce reflections while driving and working on a computer and make your lenses less noticeable on your face and in photographs.<br /> <br /> <strong>f.&nbsp;Oleophobic Fingerprint Resistant A/R Coatings</strong><br /> Oleophobic Fingerprint coatings come with an additional Oleophobic layer which can repel smudges and fingerprints&nbsp;and make your prescription lenses easy to clean and maintain. These coatings also reduce reflections while driving and working on a computer and make your lenses less noticeable on your face and in photographs.<br /> <br /> <strong>g. Anti-Fog Coatings&nbsp;</strong><br /> Anti-fog coatings keep your glasses from fogging up and have all the properties of a regular AR coating. Water droplets may condense on the lenses in a low temperature, you can wipe with a regular cleaning cloth. Please note anti-fog coatings are only available for single vision 1.50/1.56 clear lenses with prescription.<br /> <br /> <strong>h.&nbsp;Photochromic</strong><br /> Photochromic lenses&nbsp;darken&nbsp;when exposed to the sunlight&nbsp;acting as sunglasses would, and change to clear when the wearer is indoors resorting to the normal glasses purpose.</p>
