How do you handle shipping delays?

Generally speaking, the Express Courier Shipping(recommended) is very stable and fast, which would ship to your address on time.

We kindly remind you to enter your shipping address correctly. If you'd like to have your order shipped to a company address, please don't forget to write the company name as the integral part of your shipping address.

From time to time, shipping delay occurs for unpredictable reasons, like weather, customs safety inspection and so on. Please don' t worry, we will be responsible for logistics problems and won' t let our customers bear any loss.

If the shipping delays for a few days, we can refund you shipping fee;

If your order has exceeded ETA over one week or above and there is no shipping tracking information updated for a long time, please contact our customer service for solutions: service@firmoo.com;

If your order is confirmed to be lost (tracking information shows “delivered”, the address is correct, contacted with local courier and no news). We can remake freely for you.

Notice: Express courier cannot ship to PO Box. Please enter a physical shipping address instead or change to Standard Shipping.
