Discovered a manufacturing defect with the screw that attaches one of the nose pads after six months. The bottom screw hole is plugged and was not properly drilled through resulting in the screw coming out and not able to be repaired. When I reported the issue to customer support I was told Firmoo wouldn’t assist because it was over 3 months since I purchased the glasses. The arms are also loose, and tightening the screws doesn’t help. The frames became weak very quickly. I do not recommend.

Dear customer, sorry for the inconvenience. The screw holes should not be plugged. We have twice quality inspection before shipped out. May I know if your glasses are dropped or hit against something caused to the screws broken and left a part of them into the hole? We will email you to double check the problem. Thank you.

I am impressed by the quality of these frames, they really compliment my face, and Firmoo's service is excellent. Unfortunately I entered the wrong numbers on the prescription and so it has to be done over.
