Also, for the lens thickness, it is determined by the frame size (including lens height, lens width), lens choice, frame material, and your PD. As checked, this frame&nbsp;<a href="https://www.firmoo.com/eyeglasses-p-5446.html">S11050X </a>is a little bit bigger and has a size of 51-19-143(Medium) with a lens height of 45mm which the lens will stick out or make the lens thicker. Moreover, I suggest you choose a narrow/short acetate frame with lens height no more than 40mm as it helps to hide the lens thickness a bit. would this frame be all right for -4.50 lenses? (Thinned to 1.60) or would the glass be sticking out too much from the frame?
