Dear customer, thank you for contacting us. Here are some tips on how to remove the lenses. First, fill a small bowl with hot water then put the glasses in the water and allow them to soak for one minute or you can heat the area using a hairdryer for short of time but please be cautious in using the hairdryer. Next, remove the glasses from the water carefully and dry them off. Lastly, grasp the frames in one hand, then use your other hand to press carefully on the lenses and pop them out. Or if you are having difficulty in removing the lenses, we suggest visiting a local eye shop directly. Hope this is helpful. Thank you.
