Sorry Sha, we don't provide lens replacement service. Usually, a pair of eyeglasses has an average lifespan of 2 years. Frames will get deformed due to frequent use and may cause discomfort. Hi Alain, for this frame, the total width is 140 while the temple length is 142. So they are different measurements.
