Is there a cure for dry eyes?

  Dry eyes means your eyes are unable to produce enough tears to keep your eye balls wet. It may cause by the dry air or other eye diseases. You said you have a Lasik eye surgery before, and after that you began to suffer from dry eyes. The surgery may affect your eye lids not to close properly, so your eyes are constantly dry. I highly advise you to see a doctor. It's said that dry eyes can not be cured, so you need take some methods to relieve your discomfort, such as eye drops or ointments.

  First of all, you had better to go to the hospital where you had taken the lasik eye surgery to have your eyes examined whether there is any problem about the surgery. There may be another reason that you did not act as the doctor told to do after the surgery and wrongly use your eyes. You are advised to have your cornea examined. Besides, pay attention to your daily diet, and eat more vegetables and fruits especially foods that are rich in vitamin E which is good for your eyes, such as carrots and animal livers. Use some eye drops to keep your eyes moisty. Also you can go to buy some artificial tears to drop them in your eyes to degenerate the conditions of dry eyes. Do not overuse your eyes and allow your eyes to have adequate rest.
