Usually have a break to relax your eyes by looking at distant objects and doing eye exercises. You can also use some eye drops to get rid of the fatigue in your eyes. You should supplement more vitamins to keep your eyes healthy. For example, vitamin C is good at preventing the eyes from getting oxydic, and vitamin A can help your eyes stay away from night blindness. Drink more water and eat more vegetables and fruits. Do not always stay in an air-conditioned environment. If you have to, implement an air humidifier in the room in case of the air getting too dry thus doing harm to your eyes.
