Alcohol can dehydrate our skin. When there is less water in our skin, our skin will store fluid to maintain fluid level in the skin. This may lead to swollen face and puffy eyes. So we should drink plenty of water regularly to maintain proper fluid levels in your body. Usually we need to drink 8-10 oz. glasses of water per day. But when we take too much alcohol, we may need to drink more water in that day.

Dear friend, coldness can help to reduce your puffiness. You can put cold packs or a cold towel on your face for 10 minutes. This will help reduce your swollen face and puffy eyes. You can wash your swollen face and puffy eyes with cold water too. You can lie down and apply chilled raw cucumber slices and potato slices on your swollen face and puffy eyes. You will find good result after 10 minutes later. Good luck!

Alcohol can dehydrate our body and the skin. Every time we drink too much alcohol, we will lose vital vitamins and nutrients. We will suffer from swollen face and puffy eyes at the same time. We can wash our face with cold waters in the next day morning and drink plenty of water. I think the best way is to cut down on alcohol to help preserve good looks.

Drinking too much alcohol can lead to a swollen face and puffy eyes. If you are a girl, I suggest you to cover your swollen face and puffy eyes with makeup. if you are a boy, don't worry, you can just ignore it. Puffy eyes and swollen face will not make you look as horrible as you may think. Usually the symptom will go away on its own after you catch up with enough sleep and drink plenty of water.
