  A pair of good sunglasses must block 100% UV rays for you. If they can just block 98 or 99 percent UV rays. No, you should choose the sunglasses that can block 100% UV rays. Besides, polarized sunglasses can filter harsh glare that come from the smooth surface of a road or water. And they can make your eyes feel more comfortable. The color of the lenses is also very important too. Usually athletes will choose the sunglasses that have yellow lenses. And I think brown or green lenses are best for me because they can provide me with clear contrast vision.
