Can I wear contacts when getting a cold?

I have getting a cold these days, and I wonder if it is ok to wear contacts.

    No. You'd better not. When you get cold, your hands may carry a lot of bacteria which can easily get into your eyes while putting your contacts in or taking them out. Therefore you can easily get eye infection if you wear contacts when you get a cold.

    You are not suggested to wear contacts when you get a cold. There will be lots of bacteria on your hands and when you put your contacts in, your eyes can easily get infected by these bacteria.
