It will not make you go blind or be affected the glaucoma. But it will produce influences on your vision after a long time in front of computer to work or study. Your eyesight may go down. It is easy to get the myopia and even accentuate that situation. So we suggest that you'd better not sit in front of computer more than 4 hours.

Absolutely no, you can not be blind because of looking at computer too long. Because there are many people whose job are connected with the computer, and they have to face with the computer everyday. But they are still fine about their eyes. So you don't have to worry about your eyes too much. But on the other hand, you also should control your time of watching computer. Looking at computer too long won't make you go blind but concentrating on computer for a long time is definitely harmful to the eye. First of all, the extremely nervous nerve can make eye swollen and the functionality of optic nerve chronic will decrease. Furthermore, using eyes for a long time will lead to the development of axial myopia. In addition, the reduction of the action of blink of eyes can make the eye lack of lubrication and protection. According to statistics, the number of normal people's blink about 15 times per minute, but when look focused, it is only 2 or 3 times, which can makes too much evaporation of ocular surface tear causing that the eye can not get timely supplement. As time passes on, it will cause the inflammation of the eye surface.
