  Ok, from what you said, I can see that there is something wrong with your eyes due to the welding flash. Anyway, those flashes would give rise to some problems and damage on your eyes, such as watery eyes, painful eyes, burning eyes, etc. The damage is quite serious, so you need to take care of it right away, just try to get some eye drops under the doctor's advice, and I personally recommend breast milk to drop in your eyes, which is quite effective.

  Sorry to hear that, the flash from welding can be very painful, and after getting into flash, one can have watery eyes, swelling, light sensitivity and a gritty feeling under the eyelid. I can introduce some measures to treat your eyes. First, close your affected eye and let it rest. Second, use a lot of water on a cold gauze pads and put them over the eye and keep them in place until they are warm.Third, Place an eye patch over your affected eye to protect it during sleep. You can also go to see your doctor and have a good treatment.

  When you weld, you should wear the protected goggles to protect your eyes from the strong fire lights. It is so bad for you to get flash into eyes. You must be uncomfortable at the eyes. You could just let them go and do the warm compress after two or three hours. Then you could use the eye drops to release the symptom. You should take care next time.
