Glaucoma is a progressive eye disorder and if left untreated, glaucoma could cause blindness eventually. And as we all know that Vitamin C has great good influence on our health, especially for eyes. What's more, Vitamin C plays an important role of the treatment of glaucoma. Even though Vitamin C is good for eyes, ask your doctor's permission before taking Vitamin C pills.

You may have the unstable eyes pressure which causes your glaucoma. Vitamin C will be good for your glaucoma. As we know, the vitamin C will moisture your eyes. You should just take more food with vitamin C. At the same time, you could do the home remedies like the warm compress to make your eyes feel comfortable.

As a matter of fact, I am so sorry to see that you have got glaucoma, which is one of the most serious eye diseases we might have, it would give rise to a lot of suffering and consequences on your eyes. Truly, vitamin C as well as vitamin A and E, B would be of great help to your eye health. Also you need some healthy foods and exercise. Most importantly, you need timely and reliable medical treatment in the hospital.
