There is no doubt that vitamin d deficiency causes dirk circles under eyes. As a matter of fact, not vitamin d deficiency itself works, but vitamins. But why? Well, the reasons are as follows: firstly, a vitamin is an organic compound required by an organism as a vital nutrient in limited amounts. Secondly, vitamins are essential for the normal growth and help with body nutrition balance. Thirdly, vitamin D is one of four fat-soluble vitamins which is required in human daily diet. Vitamin D is absorbed through the intestinal tract with help of fats. The individual has a complex body system which needs absorbing proper nutritions in a certain time. Vitamin D has a deep effect on skin protection and it also can works on dissolving fats. However, whether eye bags or dark circles under eyes are presented by swelling which are fats indeed. So many beauty ad visor tell you do not wash your eyes with any facial washing cream. That's because facial washing creams and skin creams contains many fats.
