a. Prescription and PD
An eyeglass prescription is necessary for us to process your prescription glasses. If there is no problem with your eyes and you do not need prescription lenses, you could choose non-prescription lenses.
PD stands for "Pupillary Distance", which is the distance between your pupils in millimeters. PD is very important for accurately fitting your lenses and achieving clear vision.
If there is no PD indicated on your prescription, we recommend checking with your eye doctor. You may also measure PD yourself. For instructions, visit here.
b. PayPal Account/Credit card/Debit card
To guarantee a convenient and secure payment environment, we currently accept payment via PayPal. Customers who do not have a PayPal account may use a credit card or debit card to pay as a PayPal guest. For details, please visit here. We do not currently accept checks or cash.
c. Shipping address
The following shipping information is required: Name, Residential/Postal Address and Phone Number. All must be included.
NOTE: Express Service cannot be used for delivery to a P.O. Box.
