Is corn oil good for dry eyes?

Can intake corn oil good for dry eyes? Why? It sounds really crazy. Does it really work?

    The reason of taking corn oil good for dry eyes is that corn oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. As omega-3 fatty acids can help protect adult eyes from macular degeneration and dry eye syndrome. While, for our body can not produce omega-3 fatty acids, and corn oil contains a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, so taking corn oil is good for dry eyes.

    I never seen that corn oil can help people with dry eye. But i know that Flaxseed oil are consider the traditional way to treat dry eyes. Besides, fish oil can also contain important dietary fatty acids that can also work in prevention or control of dry eyes. It has been found that daily intake flaxseed oil or fish oil can help reduce some symptoms of dry eyes such as burning, stinging, redness and intermittent visual disturbances etc. If you troubled by dry eyes, maybe Flaxseed oil can help you.

    Yes, the corn oil will be good for the dry eyes because of the inner moisture role. You could also take more food with vitamin C which will make the effect seem big. You should not sit in front of computers for a long time with little rest which will make your dryness get serious. You should better treat your eyes carefully.
