How long do you get recovery from lasik eye surgery?

I am planning to have lasik surgery. I am worried that whether it takes a long time to get recovery from lasik eye surgery. Does anyone know how soon can I return to work after lasik eye surgery?

All LASIK patients will find their vision improved within hours after the surgery. Most patients can return to work within one to three days after LASIK surgery. However, it is not considered as full recovery at this time. It usually takes six months for the eye to be fully recovered. At this time the surgeon can know whether the surgery has got desired results or not.
