It has widely known that chrysanthemum tea are most popular in East Asia. Chrysanthemum tea is a flower-based tisane made from chrysanthemum flowers of the species, which has many purported medicinal uses, including an aid in recovery from influenza, acne and as a "cooling" herb. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the tea can aid in the prevention of sore throat and promote the reduction of fever and also can clear the liver and the eyes. It is believed to be effective in treating eye pain associated with stress or yin/fluid deficiency. Dry eyes are most commonly due to fatigue and being lack of tears in eyes, which often makes people feel eye pain, eye itchy and a feeling of sand in eyes. Chrysanthemum tea has a function of reducing pain and itchy.

Ok, I know exactly you just want to count on teas to reduce your problem, which is very common among young people. So, it is true that tea, whatever the type, could help us reduce our dry eyes and some other problems with our eyes, for it is nutritious and different from some other stuff. However, you can never rely on it for it is not medication, and you'll have to receive some medical treatment if necessary.
