Can dust mites cause eye allergies?

My friend said that dust mites can cause eye allergies, is it possible ? Any suggestion?

    There are many problems can cause eye allergies, and dust mites is one of them. Pet hair or dander, dust mites and molds are the most common indoor allergens, which can cause eye allergies.
