No scientific evidence has shown that any of those eye exercise actually work to get rid of glasses.
You can also try these eye exercises because they indeed benefit you in other aspects including relieving eye strain, strengthen eye muscles, and so on. Hence just go ahead.
I have tried eye exercise for nearly half a year. But I haven't achieved any sign of improvement in my eyesight. So I plan to give up doing eye exercise. But my friend told me that eye exercise can help relieve eye fatigue and prevent our eyesight from decreasing dramatically. So I am wondering that should I persist on doing them in every day. Mmm... maybe I will do them when I am free.
