How to stop contacts from sticking to your finger?

  The reason why your contact lenses stick to your finger is that your fingers are too wet. Water has the property of adhesion, and contact lenses are prone to stick to something moist. When your eyes are drier than your fingers, you will find it difficult to put the contact in. Before you put your contact lenses in your eyes, you should dry your hands and fingers to preventing the sticking. If this cannot help, try your finger or dropper to put a drop of solution on the concave side of the contact lenses. Applying a drop of saline to the concave side of the contact may also help.

  First, you can use the special contact lenses clip of you are sophisticated in using it, although I can never learn it well. Second, you can dip your contact into the eye drop for several times to keep them wet enough to avoid sticking. Third,the thing you should do is to leave your finger only after you have put the lenses on your eye balls and close your eyes for once which will separate your finger and the lenses naturally.   It must be because your eyes are dryer than your hands. Before you put contact lense on your finger, you need to air dry your finger thoroughly and avoid making your finger more moisture than your cornea. Maybe it take some practise before you become proficient, but as long as you make it, you will see how simple it is.

  I think your problem cause by your wet figure. Since the contact lenses will stick on the wet figure, please make sure that your figures are dry.
