Can dry eye cause keratitis?

It is said that dry eyes can cause keratitis, is that true? How does that happen? What can we do to solve this?

    Yes, it is true that dry eyes can cause keratitis. The dryness of the eyes may cause the damage at the cornea which may lack water inside. Then the eyes may get the coming invisible bacterium and get infection. If you want to solve this, you could use some eye drops with moisture role to make the eyes feel comfortable. Then the warm compress could also be helpful. You could also eat more food with vitamin C.
