You can buy L-ascorbic acid a form of vitamin c combined with vitamin k in a topical cream to help remove your dark circles under your eyes. Many fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin c. I think the best way is to eat more vegetable and fruits and have good sleep in the night. Good luck!

This is easy. Just follow this 4-step guide.

    1. Stop poisoning yourself by chocolate, refined sugar, coffee, alcohol or smoking. These are the most common causes of dark under eye circles.
    2. Start eating 400-600 gramms of vegetables every day. Make sure they're seasonal and vary them often. You'll get every vitamin your body requires.
    3. Start working out. No explanation needed.
    4. Start meditating, it will improve the quality of your sleep. More and better sleep = less ugly under-eye circles & happier and healthier you.

    Good luck!

Hint: multivitamins and dietary supplements doesn't work.

Vitamin K can help remove dark circles under your eyes, because Vitamin K can heal the damaged capillaries and arteries in your skin and increase the blood circulation around your eyes. The skins under your eyes are very thin. If there are blood clots in these areas, it can be very apparent. You can use some creams which contain vitamin K to help with your dark circles. Or you can eat some green leafy vegetables or fruits because they are rich in vitamin K.

Vitamin A can help remove dark circles. You can eat more liver, eggs, carrot, spinach, pumpkin, mango, peach and so on to provide your eyes with enough vitamin A. vitamin A can maintain and repair skin tissues around your eyes. And it can protect against wrinkles because it has anti-aging benefits for the skin. And it also can fight against infections.

Vitamin K is vital for reducing dark circles, according to online beauty magazine Beyond Jane. It's known for its role in blood clotting and ensures the blood circulating around your eyes clots properly. When it doesn't, blood can seep out and pool under your eyes, causing a dark, bruiselike shadow. Vitamin K is present in most night eye creams and in leafy green vegetables, avocado and kiwi.

The best way to lessen dark circles under your eyes is to get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of water. Eat a diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Cut back on salt and sugar. Antihistamine eye drops and nasal sprays can also help when used together - but it is extremely important to get rest and drink plenty of water.
