  When you go to choose sunglasses, make sure the lenses provide 100 percent UVA and UVB protection first. Then the lenses should have UV filtering coating on which can especially block some blue light.Next you should choose the tint color for your sunglasses, such as, grey, brown and green.Finally you just choose the lens material and the style of the sunglasses you like.

  The UV protection is the most important factor you should consider when choosing sunglasses.Bad quality sunglasses will not protect your eyes,but let more UV rays come in and harm your eyes. So you'd better buy it in a reliable optical store.
