Computer glasses and reading glasses have different focusing zone. Computer screens usually are positioned 20 to 26 inches from the user's eyes. This is considered the intermediate zone of vision — closer than driving ("distance") vision, but farther away than reading ("near") vision. Reading glasses are focused at the nearer vision zone for you to read books. For your case, you have to buy another computer glasses or a bifocal glasses to see both near and intermediate.
