Can polycarbonate lenses give 100% UV protection?

I wonder if polycarbonate lenses can give 100% UV protection. If so, is there a UV protection coating on it?

    Polycarbonate lenses feature 100% UV protection, eliminating the need of additional UV treatment on the lenses. Polycarbonate has the unique optical feature called inherent UV protection. In some cases, it is also called a built-in capability. This means that customers choosing polycarbonate lenses no longer need to make an additional investment in a UV lens coating.

    Yes. They can give you 100% UV protection. If you choose polycarbonate lenses, you don't have to add UV protection coating to your lenses. What's more, polycarbonate lenses are impact resistant so they are very safe, especially for children and sportsman.
