Are sweet potatoes good for eyes?

I like to eat sweet potatoes. Are they any good to my eyes?

    Definitely yes, sweet potato is benefit for our health, especially our eye health. Because of it's a great source of vitamin A and beta carotene that is essential for healthy eyes, which has similar functionality as carrots. It's often eaten during the meal, thus all its nutrition can get into your body easily.

    There are no scientific evidences proving the advantages of sweet potatoes for the eyes. The food containing protein, vitamin A or C or B2, calcium and so on has good points on the eyes. About the potatoes, there is containing elements having good healthy help on the eyes. Thus, it is hard to give the definition for whether you should eat more sweet potatoes for the eyes.
