If there is "PL" on my prescription for your both of eyes, congratulation! That means your are in perfect vision and needn't eyeglasses to help you. You fell blurry eyes when you wake up may just because you not get used to the light when you open eyes. Or, you may get very tired that cause bury vision. So, don't worry.

Every prescription has three elements: sphere power, cylinder power (amount of astigmatsim) and cylinder axis (direction of astigmatism). PL is an abbreviation for "plano", meaning no power.

Your eyesight is good, you don't need to wear eyeglasses. The eye prescription is a result about whether you need visual correction. There are a series of items are measured by number within a plus (+) or minus (-) sign. For example, minus means you are myopic and plus is described as hyperopic. It's common to have no values for any one of these items, the PL means plano that is no prescription or zero. Maybe you are tired thus you would have a blurry vision, or you need more vegetable and fruits.
