What to eat to reduce dark circles?

My eyes always around dark circles. It is really ugly and reduce my attraction. Is there any food that can help me reduce dark circles?

    It is said that vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K are helpful for reducing dark circles under eyes. So, you can eat some food that are rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K iron . And most of food are vegetables and fruit, such as: You can take some orange and kiwi, berries green leafy vegetables, guavas, tomatoes, melons, papayas , since they are rich in Vitamin C And food such as nuts, oils, vegetables, sunflower seeds, whole grains, spinach, oils, seeds, wheat oils, asparagus, avocado, beef, seafood, apples, carrots, celery are rich in Vitamin E And take some food rich in Vitamin K such as spinach and celery, cheese, liver, asparagus, coffee, bacon, green tea and etc. As for food rich in iron,they are chard, spinach, turmeric, thyme, shitake mushrooms, seeds, green beans, cereals, grains, meat, fish etc. Those are the food that you can take for reducing dark circles, but it is not the only way you can do. You need to take a good rest, sleep enough hours for reducing it.

    Dark circles is Achilles'heel for modern women. Concealer can cover light dark circles as you makeup. But if you don't deal with it correctly, the color would be darker and darker. So, you must do something to solve it. First of all, food! Yes, eat more natural foods, like carrot, tomato, beans, vegs and fruits, which contain fiber and are rich in vitamin A and B2. Then, try the following steps: 1.Apply eye cream contains vitamin A, E and C; 2.Use two towel cover on the eyes, cold and hot alternately, to circulate the blood around the eyes; 3.Make point massage around eyes to enhance blood circulation; 4.Don't drink two hours before you go to bed and drink a large cup of water after you get up; 5.Up your pillow to backflow the blood, and don't sleep on your stomach which would result in eye edema. 6.Don't drink coffee. Believe it or not, these are my tips after fighting with dark circles so many years. Now they are getting lighter and lighter. Woo...

    For reducing dark circles u should eat a healthy, balanced diet. Drinking plenty of water will also help u for reducing dark circles, and make sure that you are getting all your vitamins and minerals in the food u r eating daily. Be sure to get plenty of fruits and vegetables like cabbage, spinach, and other leafy greens vegetables.     Yeah, what you said is extremely right, because the dark circles really will annoy us. Of course, there are some ways to reduce them, including changing your eating habit. As far as I know, overall foods that are rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K and iron are helpful for reducing the ugly dark circles. In your daily life, you can have more vegetarian to increase the vitamin C, such as the tomatoes, berries green leafy vegetables and so on. Meanwhile, you should eat more fruits as well. Then, some common food, including the sunflower, Nuts, beef will help you to reduce the dark circles with vitamin E. Apart from the vitamin E and C, you should also fight with the dark circle with the help from turmeric, thyme, shitake mushrooms which are nutritious with iron.
